As an addition to the RSGallery2 Single Image Display plugin (updated by and posted on the forum by user Radek Kafka, Thanks!) a JCE editor plugin is now available as well.

This JCE editor plugin allows users to easily insert the image of their choice with parameters they choose. This JCE editor plugin will add a button to the editor: a popup will show where an image may be selected together with the other parameters to give for example the line
Code: [Select]
Both plugins can be found at the RSGallery2 project at JoomlaCode:

Keep in mind that you need
- Images uploaded in RSGallery2 (v2.x for J!1.5);
- the RSGallery2 Single Image Display plugin (plg_rsg2_singledisplay_2.1_J15 for J!1.5);
- the JCE editor (see;
- and if you want to add a button to the JCE editor to easily add the string that the Single Image Display plugin needs: jce_rsgallery2_singledisplay_J15 plugin.

Attached: screenshot of the JCE RSGallery2 plugin, you can see for example that you can filter on gallery and image names.

Installation JCE plugin
Install it through JCE's plugin installer: Backend >
Components > JCE Administration > Install: browse to the
zip file and 'Upload file & install.

With a little boy in the house I don't spend as much time on RSG2 anymore.

I still like RSG2, if you do too, please think about how you can invest some of your time in RSG2... the one remaining coding volunteer (Whazzup) can use your help!
